JOIN US FOR THE 2026 WINAIR SUMMITS

September 2026 – London, ON & Brisbane, Australia – WinAir is bringing its global community together once again with our two highly anticipated WinAir Summits: the first in London, Ontario from October 27–29 and the second in Brisbane, Australia from November 10–12.

These back-to-back summits are designed to connect our community members from around the world, offering a unique opportunity to collaborate, learn, and help shape the future of WinAir.

Two Locations, One Shared Vision

WinAir continues its commitment to connecting with clients around the world, while also welcoming them to where it all began. Across both locations, the goal remains the same: listen, learn, and grow alongside our clients.

Each summit delivers a dynamic, interactive experience – tailored to its region, but united by a shared purpose:

London, Ontario (Oct. 27–29): Hosted in WinAir’s home city, this event offers unparalleled access to our team, deeper product insight, and a chance to connect at the source.
Brisbane, Australia (Nov. 10–12): A dedicated forum for the Oceania region, bringing together WinAir’s customers to ensure regional perspectives are heard and represented.

No matter which location you attend, you’ll be part of a global conversation shaping the future of WinAir.

More Than a Conference

The WinAir Summit is not just about showcasing features; it’s about collaboration and influence. Attendees at both events can gain meaningful value through:

Attending presentations and learning more about the product through deep dives and future-focused sessions
Gaining exclusive insight into product developments
Participating in seminars covering product features, workflows, and upcoming enhancements to get more from your system
Connecting directly with the WinAir team in a collaborative, face-to-face setting
Networking with peers across the aviation industry
Helping shape the future of WinAir through feedback and discussion

These events are where ideas turn into action – and where the WinAir community grows stronger.

With two opportunities to attend, there’s never been a better time to engage with the WinAir community. Whether you join us at our home base in London, Ontario or in Brisbane, Australia, you’ll be part of an experience built around collaboration, innovation, and connection.
