“We actually built a process around WinAir with maintenance and ops. Ops uses the status of production tasks to know if the aircraft is released or not. We have a very dynamic relationship where we don’t need to necessarily communicate with the pilot verbally. Everybody is operating on the same system where they can look in the queue, note things in process, and they’re good to go. It’s a good blend communication-wise.”
